Once you’ve placed your order, we are not able to amend it - It is immediately released to our warehouse for pick and pack, which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it.
Can I merge several orders together to save postage, great question, but due to the way the orders are processed we're unable to merge orders within the systems.
We always recommend that you double, and triple-check before submitting this including changes to the following:
- Delivery addresses
- Email addresses
- Change of size
- Change of colour
- Adding an item
- Removing an item
