Can cut-protective clothing be repaired?

Only the upper layer can be repaired. Do not sew through the cut-protective insert. When changing or repairing safety clothing, e.g. Shortening the legs, do not repair, change, shorten or sew through the protective insert! Any change to the cut-protective insert may reduce or destroy its protective properties!
